SCBA & Breathing Apparatus

Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) supplies breathing air from a cylinder you carry, so it protects where filter respirators cannot: in air that is short of oxygen or immediately dangerous to life or health. We supply the modular MSA M1, the 3M Scott ProPak range, spare 300 bar cylinders and an escape set. Our SCBA guide explains when Australian rules call for air-supplied equipment and how to choose.

• Complete sets: the MSA M1 and M1 Compliance Kit, and the 3M Scott ProPak Sigma, ProPak-i, ProPak-f and ProPak-fx, plus the Scott SCBA Marine Compliance Set.
• Cylinders: the 3M Scott 1860 (6.8 L, 300 bar) and 2460 (9 L, 300 bar), and MSA carbon fibre cylinders in 4.3, 6.8 or 9.0 L.
• Escape: the MSA Lifegard III, with 15 minutes of air for getting out of a toxic or oxygen-deficient atmosphere.
