What are your delivery options and costs?
Standard shipping is $20 AUD. Heavy, bulk, and oversized orders ship via courier, with charges based on weight, size, and delivery location — we'll always confirm any extra charges with you before dispatch. Free Click & Collect is also available from our NSW warehouse. Every order gets tracking details by email once it ships.
How does Click & Collect work?
Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up from our NSW warehouse, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, excluding public holidays. In-stock orders placed before midday are usually ready the same day; orders placed after midday are ready the following day. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID, and collect within 3 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, plus PayPal, with no added fees. Businesses can also apply for trade credit on a case-by-case basis.
What safety standards does your PPE meet?
Every product we stock is selected to meet Australian workplace safety standards, across categories including footwear, hi-vis workwear, and fall protection. The specific compliance rating is listed on each product page.
