Master Lock Lockout Tagout

Master Lock is the reference brand for lockout/tagout hardware, and the range here is built around isolating energy sources during maintenance so equipment cannot be re-energised while someone is working on it. Safety padlocks, hasps, device-specific lockouts, group lock boxes and tags.

What's in the Range

• Zenex thermoplastic safety padlocks — non-conductive and non-sparking, in single locks and keyed-alike sets of 2 and 3 for multi-point isolation.
• Dielectric padlocks — fully non-conductive for electrical isolation work.
• Lockout hasps — 25mm and 38mm jaw diameters in aluminium and non-conductive versions, so several workers can each apply their own lock to one isolation point.
• Circuit breaker lockouts — universal mini breaker devices for switchboard isolation.
• Gate valve and cable lockouts — for pipework isolation and awkward or oversized isolation points.
• Group lock boxes — portable boxes for group isolation, where one key is secured until every worker has signed off.
• Safety tags — Do Not Operate tags to accompany the physical lock.
