The 3M Scott ProPak-f (2027182) is a Type 2 open-circuit, self-contained compressed-air breathing apparatus for professional SCBA users: fire services and firefighting teams in oil and gas and industry. It combines a rigid backplate and carrying harness with a pneumatic system that has a cylinder connector, reducer, pressure gauge, whistle and demand valve.

Comfort and handling

• Padded upper and lower harness on a rigid back frame
• Wraparound harness with reflective webbing
• Padded side arms and padded adjustable shoulder straps
• Large buckles that work with gloved hands for quick donning and doffing

Breathing system

• Tempest demand valve with low breathing resistance, automatic first-breath activation and hands-free bypass

• Works with the 3M Scott EPIC 3 voice projection unit and communications connection, which make speech clearer with Promask, Vision and AV-3000 HT masks
