Sundström SR900 respirator system (Each)

The Sundström SR900 is a half mask respirator that you can configure for the job: with filters, a waist-mounted remote filter, a PAPR or supplied air. The mask body is TPE with a deep chin cup, a broad nose rim and two exhalation valves, and its shallow profile fits easily inside welding shields and visors.

How it can be configured

• With the filter attachment fitted: takes all non-threaded Sundström Class I and Class II filters, or a filter adaptor connected to the AS407 regulator and a supplied-air system
• With the filter attachment removed: connect a single or twin breathing hose to a remote filter holder on a waist belt, an SR500 PAPR, an SR700 PAPR (particles only) or an SR507 supplied-air regulator

Remote filter holder for welding

Twist off the bayonet filter attachment, add the breathing hose and remote filter holder, and the filter sits on your waist belt, at the side or behind your back. The mask keeps a very shallow profile inside a welding shield, and the filter stays away from sparks, heat and metal fumes.
