Sundström AS597 ABEK1 Threaded Filter (Each)

The SR 597 A1BE2K1 gas filter are intended for use in the SR 500/SR 500 EX fan. The filter type protect against the following gases/vapours:

• Type A protects against organic gases and vapours, such as solvents, with boiling points > +65 °C.
• Type B protects against inorganic gases and vapours, such as chlorine, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen cyanide
• Type E protects against acidic gases and vapours, such as sulphur dioxide and hydrogen fluoride
• Type K protects against ammonia and certain amines, such as ethylene diamine. The SR 500/SR 500 EX fan unit must always be used with two particle filters or two combined filters consisting of gas filters and particle filters.

Material: Plastic polypropylene. No metal parts.

Usage: 

• A1 part is used against organic gas and vapour, such as solvents, whose boiling point is greater than +65°C
• B2 part is used against inorganic gas and vapour, such as chlorine, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen cyanide
• E2 part is used against acid gas and vapour, such as sulphure dioxide and hydrogen fluoride
• K1 part is used against ammonia and certain amines, such as ethylene diamine

• Storage: –20°C to +40°C at <90% RH

Storage: Store at room temperature in clean, dry place. If seal has been broken, store away from contaminants in an air-tight container. Shelf life is 5 years if seal is unbroken.
