The Bisley BP6999T is a navy utility work pant in 240gsm preshrunk 100% cotton drill with reflective biomotion tape, made as a night only garment: the retroreflective tape is what makes you visible in vehicle headlights. Eyelet vents between the legs let air through, and the knees are double layered for durability.
